Who We Are:

Aura Loom Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Auraloom (https://auraloom.io). Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations  

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.  
  • We ship to most UK mainland addresses.  
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, PO Boxes, or BFPO addresses.  
  • Certain remote or surcharge postcodes may also be excluded. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing Time 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday.  
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 06:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.  
  • No Processing Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping Process

  • Courier Services: We use reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx for all shipments.  
  • Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs and Times

All deliveries within the United Kingdom have a **flat shipping rate of £6.99** (inclusive of VAT). No additional customs duties or import fees apply.  

  • Handling Time: 2-3 business days (from order placement to dispatch).  
  • Transit Time: 6-13 business days (depending on your location within the UK).  
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 business days from the date of purchase.  

Please note:  

  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on your exact location, carrier performance, public holidays, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), or other factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

We do not currently ship to any countries outside the United Kingdom.

After your order has entered our system, we prepare the order internally and forward the address information to our shipping carrier. As we want you to be one of our happy customers, all orders are picked & packed as fast as possible!

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery to initiate a resolution.  
  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost or has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellations  

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by emailing support@auraloom.io with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to fast processing. In such cases, please wait until your order is received and follow our Returns Policy.
